About College Computer Match

Dr. Steven L. Mandell and Dr. Colleen J. Mandell are the founders of College Computer Match, a company that has been devoted to assisting students find the appropriate college for more than twenty years. The Drs. Mandell have had distinguished careers as professors, authors, non profit board members, and consultants. They have authored more than 100 academic text books with more than ten million copies in print.

They have witnessed many students struggling to find a college or university that matches their personal interests and academic accomplishments. They have also discussed with students the importance of researching all of the more than fifteen hundred accredited colleges and universities in this country. After sitting down and listening to so many different students struggle with finding the right college the first time, they created a computer based artificial intelligence model that requires more than one million calculations against the data base of all accredited colleges to create a list of the top twenty schools that match each individual applicant profile.
